A founding member of Brazilian Top Team, jiu-jitsu master Mario Sperry was one of
the first Brazilians outside of the Gracie family to make the successful transition to MMA.
Sperry
made a name for himself in the early days of the sport, competing in Japan’s Pride organization, among
others, and training many of Brazil’s best submission artists to be complete fighters.
Now Sperry focuses his efforts on a new generation of Brazilian fighters, bringing
their talents and his training methods to bear in the IFL.
